The Interprofessional Simulation and Innovation Center supports ongoing efforts to explore and share new knowledge relating to simulation in all forms.

Student-led Scholarship

As a health professions student, you actively participate in scholarship activities with a focus on simulation including poster presentations generated by your work in the Interprofessional Team Immersion program. The poster presentations are also disseminated to the 51小黄车community and at national conferences.

Faculty and Professional Staff Research and Scholarship

Faculty and professional staff are currently engaging in simulation research and scholarship that examines topics in simulation including interprofessional debriefing strategies, simulation to support athlete鈥檚 and mental health programming, the effectiveness of virtual reality simulation, interprofessional simulation, simulation center design, and operations, and early exposure to interprofessional competencies with first-year undergraduate health professions students. The work is disseminated in textbooks, scholarly articles, and national and international conferences.
