1. Access .
2. Select the Student Profile card from your 51С»Æ³µCompass homepage. (If this card does not appear on your homepage, select Discover from the horizontal bar menu in the top left corner and then click SSB to filter the cards and locate Student Profile)
3. Click the Apply to Graduate link from the left-hand menu on your Student Profile page
4. Select the newest term listed in the dropdown menu and verify that your curriculum matches the curriculum listed. If you have had a recent curricular change, you may need to check both terms to find your most up to date curriculum.
5. Select the curriculum for which you’re applying to graduation and click Continue.
6. Select the appropriate graduation date from the dropdown menu. If your graduation date is not listed, please reach out to degreeaudit@une.edu so we may troubleshoot.
7. Select the ceremony attendance option and click Continue. All Summer, Fall, and Spring graduates are invited to the May commencement ceremony regardless of the option selected here.
8. Select a diploma name option from the dropdown menu and click Continue.
9. Select a diploma address option from the drop-down menu and click Continue.
10. Optionally, edit your diploma address and click Continue.
11. Please verify the Graduation Application Summary and click Submit Request.
12. Please review the Graduation Application Signature page to review the additional requirements to be accepted as a candidate for graduation.

Guest tickets and invitations will be available for pick up beginning Wednesday, February 28, 2024. 

Individual arrangements will be made for students away from campus and online learners.

Students/families will receive an informational postcard concerning University Commencement in early February. Check the Commencement website frequently for the latest information regarding University Commencement, College Graduation Ceremonies and other important topics.

Undergraduate, master's, and CAGS regalia will be available in the and on the web in early April. Regalia must be purchased by the end of April to ensure that students have what they need for the commencement ceremonies.

D.O. students will get their regalia (tam, gown, tassel, and hood) through the COM Office of Recruitment, Student, and Alumni Services (RSAS). Contact RSAS at (207) 602-2329 or comsa@une.edu.

Pharm.D., D.M.D., D.P.T., and Ed.D. students will get regalia through the Office of Graduate and Professional Student Affairs. Contact the office at (207) 221-4212 or pcstudentaffairs@une.edu.

If you have a federal student loan, watch for additional information from your academic program and/or Student Financial Services to attend your required Student Loan Exit Interview. Exit interviews will take place in several formats in late April/May.
