Graduate Medical Education

Graduate Training Program

The NMM Plus-One program is a one-year AOA certified program which trainees may enter after completing an AOA approved residency. This program exposes the resident to a variety of inpatient and outpatient consultative venues. This program hosts a strong in-patient service in a busy tertiary care hospital where residents contribute to the care of patients in the NICU, PICU, ICU, post-surgical, perinatal, and medicine wards. Residents successfully completing this program are eligible to sit for the specialty boards in NMM — The American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (AOBNMM). For more information on COM's Graduate Medical Education residencies, contact Donna Richard at (207) 602-2661 or drichard@une.edu.
