Born and raised in Maine, Dr. Michela Fiori became interested in pharmacy at a young age as she watched her father and mother build and operate their chain of independent pharmacies which serviced long-term care facilities and the general public for over 10 years. As a child she carefully observed her father, a pharmacist, and in doing so developed a keen appreciation for the impact a pharmacist can have on a patient and their family, as well as a passion for patient advocacy.
Dr. Fiori is a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center, Family Medicine and Residency in Bangor, Maine. In her clinical role, Dr. Fiori focuses on diabetes medication therapy management, chronic disease management, and tobacco cessation counseling services
Dr. Fiori takes great pride in her role as a clinical pharmacist and is passionate about educating our future generation of pharmacists. Outside of pharmacy, Dr. Fiori loves singing and music, hiking, jogging, and has a deep love for new and antique automobiles.
