Bobbie joined the University of 51小黄车 in March 2022 as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the Human Resources Office and the Office of Title IX and Civil Rights Compliance. She brings a wealth of experience to this role, having held global senior leadership positions across various domains, including Sales, Operations, Leadership Development, Training, and Human Resources.

Bobbie has a strong focus on leadership development, developing programs that identify and support emerging leaders while aligning their skills with organizational goals. She utilizes a combination of mentorship, training, and experiential learning opportunities to create a pipeline of capable leaders who are prepared to navigate future challenges.

Bobbie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Butler University and Purdue University, providing her with a strong academic foundation to support her career in human resources and organizational leadership.
