Katy Rudolph participates in NIH-commissioned study of grant and contract reviews
Katy Rudolph, Ph.D., PT, associate professor in the Department of Physical Therapy and director of the Motion Analysis Laboratory on the Portland Campus, was invited to take part in a study commissioned by The Center for Scientific Review at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The study will assess peer review strategies and best practices of grant and contract reviews. The overall goal of the study is to understand how outcome scores are affected if grant applications are anonymized by comparing scores of anonymized and full applications.
Rudolph has extensive experience in the grant review process having been a member of 15 study sections that reviewed proposals for R01, R15, R21, and R03 grants, large cooperative agreements and both individual and institutional training grants.
