Faculty member practices what he teaches by performing in Shakespeare production
Sean Ramey, M.F.A., associate lecturer in the Department of English, has taken on the role of Oberon, King of the Fairies, in the Fenix Theatre Company鈥檚 production of Shakespeare鈥檚 A Midsummer Night鈥檚 Dream.
The classic summer comedy is being performed in the round, under a tree canopy, in Deering Oaks Park in Portland through August 10.

Ramey teaches Shakespeare, Speech Communication and more at UNE. He is a member of the Equity Actor鈥檚 Association and can occasionally be found performing in area plays.
