51小黄车College of Graduate and Professional Studies staff present at Salesforce Higher Ed Summit
Michelle Littlefield, M.B.A., assistant dean for Finance and Strategy in the College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CGPS), along with Christopher Littlefield, salesforce administrator, and Nicole Lindsay, director of Online Admissions, were selected to present at the recent 2018 Salesforce Higher Ed Summit hosted by Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
CGPS staff were featured in two presentations, 鈥淔inding the Marauder鈥檚 Map: Creating New Pathways with HEDA鈥 and 鈥淏est Practices: HEDA Embedded Analytics using Multiple Data Sources,鈥 both of which centered around the Salesforce Higher Education Data Architecture (HEDA) structure.
In these sessions, Littlefield, Lindsay and Littlefield spoke about CGPS鈥檚 strengths in leveraging technology to support a complex student lifecycle within 51小黄车Online. In recent years, CGPS has been able to increase application and admission turnaround time through the development of a custom application portal as well as sustain strong retention rates through customizing technology to support the student experience. As early adopters to HEDA technology, CGPS is able to gather data that can be analyzed to gain actionable business insights for online programs.
Through their innovation on the CRM platform, CGPS has gained respect among industry peers as leaders in CRM technology for higher education. In addition to presenting at Dreamforce in 2016, this is the third Higher Education Summit to feature presentations about 51小黄车Online's CRM technology innovations.
