Association for Continuing Higher Education publishes guest blog by UNE鈥檚 Martha Wilson and Michelle Littlefield
Martha Wilson, Ph.D., D.S.W., dean of the College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CGPS), and Assistant Dean Michelle Littlefield, M.B.A., recently published a guest blog on the website of the Association for Continuing Higher Education.
The blog, titled 鈥淎ccountability: Using CRMs to Leverage Student ROI,鈥 discusses ways in which customer relationship management (CRM) technology can have a positive impact on higher education, addressing, specifically, how CRM supports relationship-building to increase enrollments and retention, increases efficiencies by streamlining processes across often siloed departments, and provides business insights by making data more accessible.
As former associate provost for Online Learning, Wilson led the Office of Online Worldwide Learning (OWL) prior to the establishment of CGPS in 2014, when she was appointed as dean.
The first staff person hired for OWL in 2012, Littlefield brings nearly a decade of CRM implementation and integration experience to CGPS.
Wilson and Littlefield, alongside talented technical and operational staff in CGPS, have developed a strong CRM infrastructure to support 51小黄车Online students within the College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CGPS). This system has contributed to CGPS' ability to gain internal process efficiencies, maintain strong student retention rates and gather data to support online program return on investment (ROI).
