UNE鈥檚 Marilyn Gugliucci recognized for innovation in medical education
Marilyn R. Gugliucci, Ph.D., was awarded the Society for Osteopathic Medical Educators (SOME) Innovation in Enduring Medical Education Materials Award. The award was presented at the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) annual conference in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Peer-reviewed award recognized the 48-Hour Hospice Home Immersion medical education and research project that Gugliucci designed and implemented. Gugliucci will be working with AACOM staff to ensure project distribution and assistance with project implementation for colleges and schools of osteopathic medicine across the United States.
