Maine Women Writers Collection offers new exhibit of studentsā artistās books
The Maine Women Writers Collection (MWWC) is currently offering a new health humanities exhibit of student work on the first floor of Marcil Hall, on UNEās Biddeford Campus.
To Make a Book features artistās books created by students in Professor Jennifer Tuttleās Writing and Womenās Health spring semester English course. The studentsā work was inspired by the course material and especially by the artist's book collection of Martha A. Hall held by the MWWC.
The exhibit, which will be on display throughout the fall, includes work by student artists Abigail Beaulieu (Psychology), Anne Carbonier (English), Bailey Farris (Ocean Studies), Haley Gray (Applied Exercise Science), Melissa Klemt (Psychology), Abby Lachance (Psychology), Samantha Mansberger (Medical Biology), Kalvin McKinnon (English), Alexandra Normandin (Psychology), Katelyn Robertson (Biological Sciences), Katheryn Sawyer (Sociology), Rebecca Sherrier (Psychology), Emma Steinbach (Sociology), Autumn Stupca (English) and Asia Webber (Sociology).
