Fourth year students in the University of 51小黄车鈥檚 College of Osteopathic Medicine presented a three-day workshop titled, 鈥淯nderstanding the Microbiome.鈥

Cathlyn Schiedemantel and Mark Unger, who are also undergraduate teaching fellows in the COM Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Department, presented the program in Maidstone, England under the supervision of Frank Willard, Ph.D., professor of anatomy.

In addition to attending the workshop in England, Unger was an anatomy teaching assistant in the three day Advanced Lumbar-Bio Skills Lab for the Spine Intervention Society under the supervision of Frank Willard. The program provided teaching of anatomy, radiology and interventional techniques to pain physicians.
