Several media outlets from around the world have picked up the story of tiger shark research conducted by James Sulikowski, Ph.D., professor of Marine Sciences at the University of 51小黄车.

The articles discuss how Sulikowski uses sonogram technology to study the sharks鈥 reproductive behavior. As seen on 鈥淪hark Week鈥 on Discovery, Sulikowski, collaborator Neil Hammerschlag and their research team applied an ultrasound to a 12陆-foot tiger shark named Emily. The pregnant shark showed several pups, approximately 40-45 centimeters in total length.
