Officers of Student Association of Public Health announced
The Graduate Programs in Public Health in the School of Community and Population Health recently announced the officers who have been elected for the Student Association of Public Health (SAPH) for the upcoming academic year. SAPH is composed of all Master of Public Health (MPH) and Graduate Certificate in Public Health (GCPH) students.
James Dziobek, a first year MPH student, was chosen for the position of President. Dziobek is an AmeriCorps volunteer working for the American Red Cross.
Felicia Mace, beginning her second year in the MPH program, was elected for the position of Vice President. She is interested in pursuing a career in Public Health administration.
For the position of Councilor, Kirsten Unrue was voted into office. She is starting her second year in the MPH program and her public health interests include epidemiology, maternal and child health, and health disparities.
Ashley Devereaux, also beginning her second year in the MPH program, was chosen for the position of Treasurer/Secretary. She works as a Research Assistant and studies the behavioral health of firefighters.
