SNPhA-51小黄车Receives Several Awards at National Convention
In July 2010 in Seattle, Washington The University of 51小黄车's Chapter of The Student National Pharmacist Association (SNPhA) was recognized for their outstanding work and received their Official Charter at the SNPhA National Convention.
At the National Convention, SNPhA-51小黄车received the following awards for their dedicated service to the local Maine community in: Operation Immunization, Diabetes Initiative, Power to End Stroke Initiative, Legislation and Immigration Initiative, Remember the Ribbon Initiative, and National Award for Most Members Present at the National Convention- Small Chapter Division.
Along with our chapter as a whole being recognized for our hard work, our Founding President, Tamkeen Quraishi Abreu, was the Walmart's Future Leaders in Pharmacy Award: Region 1 recipient, and the National Walmart's Future Leaders in Pharmacy Scholarship Award chosen recipient out of all the applicants, the National Cardinal Health's Health Diversity and Inclusion Award recipient, and was one of five finalists nominated for the Rite-Aid Community Leader of the Year Award.
