Michael J. Cripps, associate professor, English & Language Studies, delivered a reviewed paper at the 2011 Conference on College Composition and Communication in Atlanta on April 8. The paper, "Confirming and Contesting Spaces for Writing: Putting CSWC and Institutional Data in Conversation with the Writing Curriculum," was delivered as part of a panel organized by Professor Cripps that explored the ways writing programs use data from the Consortium for the Study of Writing in College for program development and adjustment. The panel was chaired by Charles Paine (University of New Mexico) and included papers by Constance Chismar (Georgian Court University), Drew Clark (Auburn University), Margaret Marshall (Auburn University), and Margot Soven (LaSalle University).
