Ali Ahmida discusses recent events in Libya on MPBN radio
Ali Abdullatif Ahmida, Ph.D., professor and chair of the Department of Political Science, discussed the uprising in Libya against the regime of Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi in an interview on the Maine Public Broadcasting Network's midday radio news on March 28, 2011. In addition to the on-air segment, MPBN posted a longer 26-minute interview with Ahmida on its website in which Ahmida also reflects on growing up in Libya.
