Jana Tencati, Amy Pratt and Matt Sharbaugh give presentation with Marilyn Gugliucci at UNECOM Dean's Lecture
On October 8, 2010. at the University of 51小黄车 College of Osteopathic Medicine Alumni Reunion, Dr. Marilyn Gugliucci and 3 UNECOM second-year students were the invited UNECOM Dean's Lecture presenters. Their presentation was entitled: "Learning by Living: Life Altering Medical Education Research."
The UNECOM Students who participated in the Learning by Living project during the 2010 summer and presented their experiences at the Dean's Lecture were: Amy Pratt, Matt Sharbaugh, and Jana Tencati. UNECOM is recognized as the first medical school in the country to establish such a research project, certainly an acknowledgment that UNECOM Alumni were pleased about.
