Poverty & Addiction
This training will focus on the unique aspects of poverty and addiction that youth and their families face in rural Maine. Marjorie Withers, former director of the Community Caring Collaborative, has spent her career dedicated to serving families in rural Maine, raising awareness and reducing stigma around rural poverty. Join us for the opportunity to hear her speak about rural advocacy, causes, prevention and intervention with rural children, youth and families.
